Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
a) Domestic Shipping:
We provide free shipping across India.
Our delivery time is normally 8-12 working days within India for the ready garments plus a reasonable time for the customized pieces.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
To track your order you can write to us at email@example.com and our dispatch team would provide you with details within 24 hours.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included in the shipping days
b) International Shipping:
For all the international orders the shipping will be charged as per actual. Duties & Taxes for international orders are also not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at the checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of the delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
Fine Threads takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND
In an unlikely event of any issue related to the quality or incorrect merchandise received by you, we will be happy to exchange that merchandise or provide a choice of a different piece equivalent to or higher in value to the returned merchandise, by paying the differential amount, if the same merchandise is not available.
Your purchase is entitled to a return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1) An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2) If the product you receive has a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, for the reason as mentioned above, then you may write to us within 48 hrs. at firstname.lastname@example.org with the picture of the merchandise and the reason for exchange. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Please note, we provide reverse pick up only for domestic orders and for the reason if there is any quality defect or wrong merchandise has been delivered.
Please also note, we do not provide exchange or return of the products purchased on Sale/ discount, altered and custom-made pieces.
a) Domestic Returns
Please ensure to return the merchandise within 7 days, from the date it was received by you, only due to the reasons mentioned above, after prior intimation to us. Thereafter, we will not be able to accept the return merchandise.
b) International Returns
Regretfully, we do not provide merchandise exchange for the orders shipped internationally. However, in case of any quality issue or wrong merchandise delivered to you than what you have ordered then please write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment along with the picture of the merchandise. Once you receive a confirmation mail from us then please dispatch the merchandise to us within 7 days. Please note, we do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a confirmation email from us.
The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. Where provided belts, broaches or any other accessory must be returned with the products. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
Once the merchandise received by us in its original condition, the quality control team at FINETHREADS would assess the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange / refund will be facilitated. You may ship the merchandise back to us at:

The refund, if any, will be processed within 20 business days after receiving the returned merchandise in good condition.
The order can be cancelled within 24 hrs. of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
