Shipping Policy

  1. a) Domestic Shipping: 
  • We provide free shipping across India.
  • Our delivery time is normally 8-12 working days within India for the ready garments plus a reasonable time for the customized pieces.
  • We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
  • To track your order, you can write to us at and our dispatch team would provide you with details within 24 hours.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not included in the shipping days. 
  1. b) International Shipping: 

For all the international orders the shipping will be charged as per actual. We charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1500/- based on the location, weight, and volume of the shipment. Duties & Taxes for international orders are also not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at the checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of the delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent. 

Fine Threads takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases. 


FINETHREADS endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no circumstances the contract can be repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. 


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. 

Please note, Fine Threads takes no responsibility of non-delivery of your order due to incomplete/ incorrect address or non-availability of anyone/ competent person at the delivery address to accept the shipment. if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, due to any reason, FINETHREADS may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost. 

Please note that in case of international orders, if a customer is not available for delivery, the shipping company can hold the shipment for no more than 5 working days. After 5 working days, the shipment will automatically return to us in India. Please note, there would be considerable amount of duty/tax involved on the return shipment in India. In such a scenario the customer/consignee will have to bear the cost of duty/taxes at port in India for return shipment plus the freight/re-shipping cost to respective destination country.

We request you to inform us if you are not available after placing an order on our website for international as well as domestic orders. Please check our delivery timeline after you place an order on our website and if you are not available during that period kindly inform us on about the same so that we can delay your shipment and send it only after you are available. In case a shipment reaches you and you are not available, and the shipping company returns the shipment to India, no cancellation or refund is possible. For re-shipping of the same shipment, you will need to bear the cost of duty/tax at port in India plus the freight charges. In such a scenario there would also be a considerable delay involved.

In case, a customer refuses to bear the customs duty/tax charges at port in India for the return shipment, then the shipment will remain with Indian customs indefinitely and we will not be able to offer any further assistance on the same.
